Jeepin' Music

Hello Guys,

Ok I just got my new TJ... ok well new to me... It's a 98 Sport, with a 2 inch lift, 31 tires, dual exhaust, light bar, stainless steel hinges, etc etc.

However, It did not have a stereo. I'm getting that installed tonight.

My gf listend to crap music... hip hop and garbage that doesn't "suit" a jeep. I'm more of a rock fan myself.

Here's the question of the day.

What's your favourite music to listen to while you're off-roading, or just cruising the highways to work?

Clearly there are the classics like lynard Skynard and ACDC, but what is out there that you just love to listen to while you're in your jeep?

CCR, deftones, unloco, and a little bit of primer 55. i had a couple of friends of mine (girls) try getting me to play their cd. so i give in, and put the cd in the player. first song is rap, ive never ejected a CD so quick in my life. i ALMOST threw it out the window. then of course i had to give the lecture, on why rap, is horrible, and should never be played ina jeep

I've tried oh so many times to explain to people why only certain kinds of music can be played at certain times of the day and in certain locations....

Rap and hip hop is something that should NEVER be played in a Jeep or at your cottage/Camp

Glad to see another Dragonforce fan! My friends and I always love playing my Dragonforce CD while out in the Jeep. My second favorite CD would have to be my Pink Floyd CD.

i listen to a lot of rock music but there are the times when just cruisin to country suits my fancy and especially in the garage i mean they broadcast nascar. ok i know i sound like a redneck from maine, well just maybe.
