Jeep stereo

Hi guys! Want to upgrade my car stereo: wanna go prefferably with a sony where i can plug in my ipod, thats a must, also amplifier and subwoofer.
Want to get a homemade overhead bar.
Love bose but dont want to spent that much, so sony would be a good medium...

Any ideas where the amplifier should be installed- glove compartment is taken, the amplifier inhave is way to big to fit into my tuffy... Maybe insude tailgate orbunder seat? Isbthis cooled enough?

Ideas please!

I prefer pioneer over Sony as head units as for where to put your amp if its in a small sealed place I'd recommend getting a old PC fan and hooking it up to get some airflow.
Also nice to see your still doing good Thor
