Jeep goes back to body shop today

I picked up my Jeep from the body shop last thursday, and after a quick inspection i decided it was good to, paid for the repairs and took off on my way glad to have my jeep back. i got back to my moms house and looked at it even closer, and what do you know, they didnt even touch the ****ing small dent on the other side of the tailgate. so she goes back today after class so I can meet with the body shop manager, and in his words, "look at it, put our heads together and decide what to do." im so pissed about this, i dont want another economy car for a week. and plus im going to be leaving either wednesday or thursday morning for indiana for easter, so i doubt if ill get it back in time to make the trip. im either going to have to convince the insurance company they have to pay for my rental through this weekend or somehow im going to have to convince my mom to let me use her lexus for the trip.

and whats even worse, i missed a perfect day on saturday to be out on the lake. i got the jet ski to the lake, got it off the trailer, tried to start it and the battery was dead. so im picking up a new battery today and putting it in and the plan was to hit the lake for a few hours since the weathers supposed to be decent. if the jeep stays at the shop im not gonna be able to get the ski to the water.

I may have missed the story, but was it apart of the original work order? It shouldn't be a big deal if it's a small dent. A couple days at most to get it fixed I'd say (pop it out, sand, repaint).

yep it was part of the original work order, got rearended, had a big dent in bottom left, and somehow in the middle upper right a small, barely noticeable dent appeared. as a matter of fact the only 3 people that can still see it are me, the body shop manager, and my uncle. but im crazy about my cars, and this thing didnt even have a door ding before the wreck.

oh well it goes in next monday now, neither company would provide a rental, im getting one from the insurance company next monday while the jeeps being repaired. got in an hour and a half on the lake after i replaced the battery, and almost broke my thumb on a horrible, horrible landing. all in all it was a good day.
