jeep gladiator not fully dead after all?

Sent Dr. "Z" (should be dr. zwanna-kill-the-brand-that-kicked-my-***-in-wwii)
an email regarding the gladiator.. looks like it's a temporary decision... come on guys... do the same, with enough support for the car, benz will have no choice _but_ to build it. I would seriously trade in my TJ for one... (if it doesnt come out, i'll keep my tj for my lifetime. possibly buying other brands as daily drivers in the future, but keeping the tj)

Thanks for contacting Dr.Z. Your message has been forwarded to us for
response.

Thank you for your email regarding the Jeep Gladiator concept vehicle.

DaimlerChrysler would like to thank you for your interest in the Jeep
Gladiator. At this time, a decision has been made to forego production
of the Jeep Gladiator concept vehicle. This does not mean that the Jeep
Gladiator will not be considered for production at a future date. With
constantly shifting market trends I would hesitate to discount the
possibility of the Jeep Gladiator on the horizon, specifically designed to
suit your needs.

We genuinely value consumer feedback, and encourage you to keep in touch
for more exciting and upcoming news regarding Jeep brand and product
line up.

Sending Rocky529 a PM requesting that he create a petition online similar to the one created for Camp Jeep.

I prolly won't be buying another Jeep for a longtime. My next auto purchase was to be a Gladiator. Toyota Tacoma is my other option. Ford Rangers are too butt ugly.

It ain't happening. The Gladiator will be the biggest wet dream for Jeep fans that will never be produced. DC has their heads up Dr. Z's ***. It's a shame, gas prices and conservative views in the automotive industry = no concepts, no originality.

Ford Rangers > Toyota Tacoma, plus you walk away with 5K you saved. And Ranger has MUCH better 4Lo and is the true last compact pickup.

I hate that all car companies listen to what customers say.
