40K is actually not that bad! AEV does the conversion for about 50K if I remember right. Whats strange is I thought all AEV Brute conversions included a Hemi engine. If it had a Hemi I would think they would incluude that in the ad. Damn Brent, you log some serious time on CL bro!

Still looking for my (cheap) project CJ-6!

Yes, I know. CL is like my drug! I have found TONS of good deals, bought and sold. made some pretty good money buying stuff from CL. Some of the good deals are out of state, which sucks. But o well.

That could be a scam though. I saw the same ad here in Houston. Maybe he is just advertising it Nationwide, IDK.

2010 Rubicon, Auto, Stone White, 3"Synergy Coils, AEV Geo Brackets, MetalCloak TB's and CA's, 35" Grabbers, 17" AEV Pintlers , Adams 1310's, ORF, PSC, JCR, PIAA, TeraFlex,Rancho equipped...

If it's not a scam $40k is a decent price. The Hemi isn't a standard part of the conversion. Last time I checked it cost an additional $18k.

There are quite a few around here. At first it's like, "Wow, a Brute!" After a while, you just raise a finger or two off the steering wheel to a fellow Jeeper.

No matter how you slice it Wrangler-based pickups are just ugly and not worth the trouble. Where do you suppose his spare 35" is? Taking up most of the bed, making the conversion completely useless.
