They write the articles and then find pictures that vaguely match what they're after...that is how modern journalists write. Especially ones that write for "The Sun"

How could you think that's a boat? Clearly the reason we haven't seen the loch ness monster until now is because it turns out that it's a bright white monster, and we've been looking for a monster that is harder to see.
