I have a 91 jeep wrangler the glass on the side and rear window shattered. I wanted cut it out in plexiglass glass but idk the dimensions I need . the thickness length and all anyone know?

make a cardboard mock up using the window opening. IIRC the glass is about 1/16" thick.

Dont use plexiglass though. It will turn yellow and start cracking in no time. I recommend using Lexan- you can get it at Lowes/ HD.
