My guess is that they wont serve beer in the drive-thru. when you goto chilis you cant get alcohol with to-go food. At least here in Ma and NH.

And unless it's that really really huge cup BK has, or there's free refills (), one beer with your Whopper (or whooper) isn't going to hurt anyone.
