I'd rather not say. Wanna keep this as anonymous as possible

So, she tried to turn my supervisor against me by saying something about my supervisors best friend that apparently I said but didn't. She has goes absolutely nuts...good thing is...my supervisor heard the whole comment that was made.....after she walked away, I walked up to my supervisor afterwards and told her "I know you heard that" and she looked at me and nodded her head.....so now my supervisor has witnessed some of her madness.....

Try to get all of that on tape. She is undermining you. That is bad. Make sure tou keep a log. You might have to fight for your job. You need all evidence then and cannot rely on hearsay. Please be carful

So for the past couple of weeks...its been interesting...We haven't spoken to eachother at all. She has made a few little comments here and there directed towards me, but I just ignore her completely. Im getting to the point to where I am honestly afraid to be around her by myself...because I know that if she says something to me...there is noone around to hear it and she can just deny it or she can say I said something...but it seems for whatever reason, there are times where we are in the office alone for 30-45 min some days when people go out to lunch and stuff or have meetings...and to me...that is poor management and I think with everything that has gone on....they should make that a priority that we not be left alone in the office.....

Those 45 minutes is when you should wear a recorder. If you end up having to fight for your job and proof that you are innocent it will come in handy. Why do you think cop cars have dash cameras? There is a reason for it

Ive got one at home that I will start keeping here at work like you said...Its getting to the point to where I am almost tempted to look for something else....but at the same time...I feel I shouldn't have to be punished for something I am not even doing....plus, I am in the process of getting a house so I dont think getting another job would be a wise idea right now....

Well i understand that with the house but be proactive. Thats all. Also try the recorder when tou are wearing it how it would pick up others talking like set up same distances, background noise levels etc so you can have it set where its sure gonna pick her voice up. I understand how you feel about proofing your innocence. Unfortunately its more so here " guilty until proven innoxent" instead ifbthe other way around. And dont say anything you would not want to repeat in a court of law. Just to be safe.

oh most def....I rarely even say good morning or bye to her at all...I feel that the quieter I am towards her...the better.
But its also effecting how I act towards everyone else, because I feel that if I am happy and laughing with everyone else...she might think I am in a good mood and that I am not mad anymore and start talking to me again...so I guess I have kind of shut down a bit towards everyone in my office...which I know I shouldn't do, but that is the toll it is taking on me....my other co worker seems to have a good grasp on ignoring her but still being himself...I myself haven't figured that out yet....

Who cares what she thinks? Act like yourself, just not to her. Hell, make it glaringly obvious that you do not want to take part in any communication with her. Make it a game called I win, you lose.

Agreed. If she's changed the way you feel and act towards other people, then she's still winning.

Seriously man, you're making a bigger deal out of this than she is. It's bugging you, she can tell. Turn the tides or quit your job.
