If my CB antenna was struck by lightning
what would happen? Ive got a 102" whip and didnt really think about it today while i was out taking pictures of the storm. there want any lightning at the time but after looking at the pictures it doesnt look to safe
![]() anyway, would it just be grounded and all would be fine other than a fried antenna? (i took my CB out cuz i kept kicking it ) or would my jeep get messed up or even hurt me?

If lightning hit's your jeep, it has a pretty good chance of being fried. CB antenna or not.
It will fry all the wireing, computers and electronics if it hits it. |

i think it would probably fry all your electronics. youd be fine i thinks, unless it struck right in front of you and you happen to be looking directly at it
