You never learn do you?  You'd only need VEX, 4 snatch blocks, and 37 pennies.

How can I learn oh great one, if I've never been taught? Please oh PLEASE, bless me with your wisdom! I'd LOVE to know all about recovering a giant rig like that.

I estimate you will need atleast 8 - 12 pulleys to accomplish this safely using vex..
