Even if you do get your money back and a copy of a police report, call the police where he lives to verify that it is a legitimate report. He may have realized that you were not going to role over and take the loss as others may have done. Making a fake police report on a computer would be easy. If he is sending false police reports, the local police will not be happy. No matter what happens, call the police and file a report.

I think you need to contact the Bradley County Sheriffs office either way cause this sounds like a meth-head with a computer lying his *** off the fact that your not the first should be a bell going off but the sheriffs office is located in the county justice center and they would have records of any charges being filed, or be able to pick the doushbag up, they have little tolerance of web crimes around here so I’m sure they would look in to it. and they like to post mugs shots up on their website

If he gets detained he wasnt ever going to send your money. (Just wanted to subscribe to this thread.) I think there needs to be a bad sellers/buyers list here that people can check before doing business. A buddy of mine got ripped off really bad a few years ago on mog axles. I hope this guy comes through for you.

I will never understand why people risk prison for a few bucks.

we should start organizing a list of the people definately. Im still hopeful that ill get the money, on monday before 12 like he said.
