It's a start, better than nothing. It's up to you know. If you're a nice guy you could let him pay you the rest next week. I'm not a nice guy, I'd tell him he has 48hrs to provide the rest of the money, or I'm pressing charges. You have to becareful with email, they can be used against you in court.

That's why you only threaten in person.

dude...just call the police. It's not your fault he only came up with 300 out of the 4. Or you can give him a hundy dollars of @$$ whipping. I'd call the police though. Enough's Enough!

he said theres a problem with paypal.....he said he sent 400, he said its happened before. im trying to get a pic of how much he sent

Please call the cops-now. One phone call from them-and this whole thing can be solved. If nothing else call so he is on their radar. He will be less likely to do it again to another person. It is your responsibility.
