My dog craps alot, I would be more than willing to contribute...

I think that would be illegal, actually. Some sort of federal regulation against any sort of harassment by mail. I don't know specifically, so I could be wrong.

It would be hilarious, however.

At 17 he has as much chance of losing his protection as a minor as he does of keeping it.

And for the record, mailing lawn biscuits is an offense. It is a biohazard and could net the funny man actual jail time.

You could probably get away with it if you triple pack it and mark it "Biological Substance, Category B" and put UN3373 on it, but that would take away some of the fun of it...

please give us a concise rundown of his name, known adresses and numbers...

especially his work number...

someone should call his boss and tell him that the press and "problem solvers" wish to come interview his employee to see if he has really been practicing wire and mail fraud... and to get his side of the story....

i bet the problem would be solved very shortly after that...

i would actually call the local news station and tell them that one of their residents has inspired a very popular internet forum and has committed fraud and you would like them to get to the bottom of the story before the station down the street jumps on it.

you guys remember john goodman in the big lebowski?

"this is what happens when you **** a stranger in the *** ! this is what happens!"

Figured dog poo would be illegal, But just sending boxes harassment??? And the thief still wins. Loose/loose situation i guess.

Yeah, sounds like a convoy situation to me, boys. I'm in OKC and I'll come out there. Its too sweet to pass up.
If I could suggest a slight change in plan once we get there...Why don't we just throw the biggest damn bash Virginia has ever seen right in his front lawn? Nobody can party as destructively as a Jeeper! Everybody bring some cold beverages and some pretty girls in your Jeep and let's pay this guy a constant visit for, like, three days nonstop. Bring a shovel or an axe and give his parents' property a new, different look.
I think that would be a sound punishment we could all live with.
And remember, the more the merrier. Maybe we could invite the Hell's Angels...?

C'mon we don't want to be destructive. We should just set up a campsite on his front yard. A fire pit would be mandatory though. What would be better than sharing a few brews by a campfire with fellow jeepers while facilitating karma at the same time.

Why must this be in VA?

If I was still at school in MI I'd be there... Damn...

Who could pass up the opportunity of a Jeep convoy?

This is one of my best friends who is trying to make it in the music industry. Any kind of support she can get is always appreciated. I listen to country and rock far more than techno, but I still like her stuff and I'm still incredibly proud of her.

Everyone UPS him your milk jugs off the stock bumper! Noone could possibly find a use for those.... Write a message on each one. I'll go to the junkyard and pick some up...I swear I saw a pile of em the other day.

BTW. (276) 926-8710 is the Clintwood police...
(276) 926-8105 is the funeral home... call and ask when the viewing for Daniel Hays is...when they say he's still alive... say "Oh...its not Monday yet! I'm sorry, I'll call back then"
(276) 926-0300 is the local hospital...address is... 312 Hospital Drive (how original)... for anyone who shows up late and wants to meet Daniel...

Clintwood, VA has a pop of around 1600 people...someone has to know this punk.

And then the USPS would refuse it and FedEx or UPS would charge you out the backside and require excess documentation to ship it. You must fully disclose who you are, where it is going, what it is and why you are shipping it. Any failure to fully and completely disclose what it is can land you in some pooh of your own.

Wow, you guys have had a LOT of fun with this while I've been gone

So, I just called his cell number again. Some chick, who I presume to be his girlfriend answered and said that he was at work, so I just asked her to have him call me when he gets off. I'm thinking I should hit up his work number again...

At this point I would call his work number every 15 minutes until he returns my money. After hours if they have an answering machine or voicemail I would fill it up. It isn't harassment because A) he scammed you and B) he told you this was his home number.
