He has run out of benefit of the doubt.

I just texted him again telling him to send me back a $65 USPS money order via overnight mail tomorrow, so that I receive it on saturday. Otherwise I am pressing charges with Clintwood police saturday afternoon.

Sorry, dont know you, and dont take this the wrong way, but thats how 'suckers' act. Stop procrastinating, file the complaint, contact law enforcement.

Or continue to be a victim.

File the charges. If package miraculously arrives, charges will be dropped.

Why choose? I like both these ideas.

Here is what I've filled out in the "explain your problem" section... does this sound good? Add or take anything out?

I had correspondence with Daniel between 7/3 and 7/10 to make arrangements to purchase from him the muffler that he advertised on the provided website. I sent the payment on 7/14 via standard first class mail in the form of a Wal-Mart money order. I sent a follow up email on approximately 7/21 to verify that he had received payment and had shipped the muffler. I received no response. Further attempts to email failed due to his inbox being full (email used was private messaging provided through JeepForum.com). On 8/13 I contact Daniel at work. He had listed his place of employment in his Jeep Forum profile, and another member of this site looked up and provided me with the number. Daniel confirms that he received the payment, and claims that he shipped the muffler two days after receiving my payment. He says he will go to the post office to see what happened and call me back. He does not call me back. On 8/14 I call the cell phone number he provided me with on 8/13 and I get hung up on. I call him at work again and he says that the USPS delivered it to the wrong address, and they would attempt to recover the package and resend it. Further attempts to contact him on 8/14 by phone all resulted in someone again picking up and immediately hanging up the phone. On the evening of 8/14, I told him that I was going to file a complaint with his local police, and he responded that he would text me the following day. Another Jeep Forum member contacted him via text message later that night, and Daniel indicated that the package had never left Clintwood, VA, because he forgot to stamp it and the post office held it. I am filing this complaint upon learning of this communication between Daniel and the other Jeep Forum member because of Daniel's conflicting stories and it now being over a month since I have submitted payment and not received merchandise.

I would, there's no harm in trying. Once you have paperwork to back you up, if you receive the part you can always drop everything.

Just so you all know, If I think you're an ******* I will gladly tell you. I'm not your everyday girl, so don't expect me to act like one. And yeah, I do like it topless and dirty!
