when you say you want the backs being intact...you mean no firing pin mark on the primer? You wont get that out of a spent bullet...

Be careful of what ya get, make sure you get inert primers, not just a casing that has been emptied and the primer left intact. Otherwise you could get a nasty surprise.

i don't care about the striking pin mark on the back - just that it hasn't been completely destroyed...

I'd be careful about this. I know in MA its against the law for someone to posses ammunition (including spent empty shells like that from a veteran's day parade) without the proper licenses. But my .40 shells were left at the range in the "empties" box last time.

Dude go to a gun range and pick some up off the ground. That would be the easy way. Or, go to a good gun shop and just buy them from thier ammo supplies.

I also see your in LA just go down to compton and you should find a few.

The two pictures are different. The top picture looks like .357 or .38 brass. While the bottom picture looks like .40, 10mm or .45. what due you need.

Are you talking about shells from a rifle or handgun?! A license for that?! Geez... what is it with Massachusetts?

Don't be so sure about that. I read about a guy in MA that had spent shot shells on the floor behind his front seat. He got wacked for it. MA is waaaaaay out there.
Anyone from MA that can verify this?
P.S. Got 4 lo, it is spent brass!

Any way you can give us an idea of what your goal is (what the final product will look like)? Would be interested to see...

It begins with a K and ends with an ennedy.

They are all a little gun shy for some reason.
