I loved my mom......

....then she told me she was going to vote for Hillary. She was so pissed when I peeled her Kerry/Edwards sticker off her car last year. She yelled at me for a good minute about that.

I need to take my mom out shooting or something. She thinks guns are evil though.

Enough random thought process for the night.

Lol, anyone ever rebuilt a Ford 9" axle before? I blew mine up and would like some insight, my googling is turning up little.

9"'s are easy, so I've read. What did you break? Ring and pinion? The nice part about the 9" is you can pull the whole center and work on it on a bench

I haven't been able to pull it apart yet, I limped it home in 4wd, but I had no power coming from the rear and my driveline/u-joints looked all good. If I'm not mistaken, it seems that the 9" will come out pretty easy, I just need to pull the axles out the side, unbolt and remove the carrier from the front, right? I think it's the ring and pinion, sounded like ice in a blender for a minute.

Yah, just pull the shafts, and pop the center section out. You can drop it off at a shop with a few Benjamins and get yourself a nice new gear set and maybe a locker

Yup, the 9 is a super good axle. Get that sucker cleaned up and built, put some fresh paint on it... then smack your mon on the head with it and knock some sence into her!

J/K... I would never hit my mom... even if she wanted to vote for Billary! (which she would never do!)

What about the non-religious based Republican. That's obviously pointed towards Huckabee, but what about McCain or Guiliani?
