Yeah, I've been kinda thinking about this in terms of my own sister. Guy she dated in HS made the mistake of talking out of turn and making some statements similar to what's here. I got a phone call from one of the guys he was telling locker room stories to - one of my good friend's little brother.
I drove 12 hours home that day and had a come to Jesus meeting with the kid. Needless to say he fully understood the error of his ways and that if he saw my sister coming down one side of the hall at school, he needed to make sure he was on the other side and facing a different direction.
I guess I was pretty convincing when I told him I never wanted to hear his name and my sister's in the same sentence again, because I never did.
She said he never talked to her again after our little talk.
There was no violence involved, no one was harmed in this event. There may have been a very strong implied threat of extreme violence should such behavior be repeated.
It's just unacceptable, IMO.
2004 TJ Rubicon. Got a pretty well built Jeep just looking for a place to play.
I have a Jeep again, and I'm still not sure I understand... Wait, what was the question again?
