I hate FedEx. They stepped on my 3-row radiator and left a a big black workboot mark on the box. Claimed it wasn't them.

At the office we have been using UPS for the last couple years because of issues with FedEx. I've actually had great luck with DHL of late.

they've been around for a bit, http://www.dhl.com/splash.html, the first time I used them I had ordered some stuff from a British company a couple of years ago and that company shipped through them exclusively.

they are kinda the new kid on the block which, I think, puts them in a position of busting their backsides to impress and grow their business

FedEx can't find my house. I live on a dirt road in the woods, and UPS has no problems, but FexEx never seems to be able to make it without me actually calling the distribution center and giving them specific directions AND a phone number. They usually wind up calling and I have to go meet them at the pavement.

FedEx definately sucks

DHL previously did a lot of international, then they bought Airborne Express. Airborne does/did a whole lot of overnight stuff, generally cheaper than UPS or FedEX. They all have errors, just some more than others. UPS once routed a package from Phoenix AZ to Denver by way of Boston...I got a little ticky at that one. A 3 day shipment took a total of 14 days. Major suckage.

We use FedEx in the office without any problems. Had problems with both DHL and UPS losing packages. In the 10 months I've been here we've lost 2 packs with FedEx. Both were eventually recovered, though too late to help. Considering we send and receive 50+ packages a day, that's a pretty good record.

UPS is good for ground shipments though.

yep they suck..........i had to call them yesterday 'cause they had a package for me and hadn't delivered it. I had a package that I ordered from the States, they called me last Friday about some duty that was due on it, so i gave them my CC# and paid it, and it's just been sitting in a warehouse about 4 hours away from me for the past friggin' week. They promised to have it delivered today...........we'll see though.

They didn't screw up the server equipment shipment did they? If they did something that effects Jeepforum I'll never ship with them again!
"Equipment shipment!" Oh man, sometimes I write stuff that makes me smile when I read it!

Goodluck with getting it sorted out.

I will not use DHL, they drive like MANIACS! when they are delivering, I see their vans speeding all the time and treating the streets like a race track.

I'd rather have my pakcage come a few hours late then cause traffic problems.

I've ALWAYS had good luck with USPS, espeically their priority, not once did they ever give me a problem.

Fedex - overpriced

same with UPS but they're slower and deliver at 6 pm!
