I got scammed on Ebay by a JF guy!!

Well, long story short, last month I purchased a factory radio/cd player for my ZJ for 80 bucks. I got it on the 31'st of March and being busy like most of us are I finally got a chance to install it this weekend only to find out that It doesn't work. It won't play all of my cds, it says "err" when I try to play them. So I went back and noticed that the seller had a 7 day return policy so I contact him on the 7th day (yesterday) and tell him whats going on and that I want my money back. Now I'm thinking this is probably why the guy took it out to begin with and am starting to get a little frustrated. I asked him to send me my money back and I would return the item and I would pay the shipping as per the return agreement. He seems to be giving me the run-around now. I have filed a dispute with Ebay and PayPal. Is there anything else I can do. I know the guy is a member here his sn is fortcollinszj or something like that, do any of you know him???

It does work. It just doesnt play some cd's. Would those cd's that dont work be burned? Most old stock cd players wont play burned cd's. It wasnt postmarked by the 7 days so you lose.
