I got to jump out of a plane!
For my 30th b'day... A few weeks belated, but still, it was great! and I cant wait to go again...
West TN Skydiving was awesome! And I look forward to going through the AFF class there along with my wife.
You can skip the first 2:00 minutes if you want, it is really just a commercial for WTS... After that is my jump...

^^ Yeah... one of the owners actually drives it around town sometimes too.. Pretty funny stuff...
^ and what do you mean? We jumped from 14,550' and freefall was about 1 minute. I have no idea what altitude he pulled the parachute... but another 1,000 feet would have been what? 3 more seconds?

Man, I'm glad your chute jerk went well, mine didn't. I felt like I was going to pass out by the time I got to the ground haha. We free fell (grammar?) for 1 minute too . Did you get a picture with your cheeks wide open from the fall? I did, maybe I'll post it up later if I can find it/remember.

Glad you had fun, it is an experience everyone should do. You should head to Washington someday for the highest legal jump site in the US and try your hand at bungee jumping. You don't get near as long of a freefall but you can get a nice ground rush. Here I am earlier this month.

Something about jumping out of a perfectly good airplane doesn't sit well with me. But glad you had fun Brad. I actually picked up a guy by my house Saturday that landed 3 miles out of the way and gave him a ride back to the skydive place.

I wouldn't have plumbing problems for at least a week if I was to jump out of that plane!

Sorry Brad, I meant 10,000'
You should have fallen another 10,000' before pulling the chute.
