Hydraulic Hand Pump For Plow

I have this hand pump that I've used the past few years for plowing.

and it doesn't seem to be working after sitting for the summer. I've added hydraulic fluid and still no go. I don't know anything about this pump other than the basics of how to use it so I'm hoping someone around here will be able to point me in the right direction before I call a professional. I know it's not a techincally a Jeep question but the plow does go on a Jeep.

Chances are its something simple like a failed seal or stuck check valve inside the pump. Got any better pics? Is there a manufacturer name or model number on the pump? Might be easy to get a rebuild kit, might not be it looks old.

It Wouldn't Be A Project If Everything Worked Right.

Turns out the cylinder is leaking. Guess I'll have to bring it to someone.
