I think the worst scenario possible would be someone deciding to lick your windows.

So, execution on the spot for anyone driving after a few drinks, but not for breaking and entering? I'm having trouble understanding your views on crime and punishment.

I'm just trying to figure out why you spell favor this way?

This is America, dude, not England or France.

I don't think they would be "inside" your scooter while washing the window.

Please point to any post where I said someone should be executed on the spot for driving after a few drinks.

I think you misread what I may have posted somewhere, or just read into a post something that wasn't there.

I think many crimes, including DUI, should be punished with execution, but only after a fair trial. I've never said anything about killing them on the spot.

Well, maybe not execution on the spot. But still, if someone has broke into my house, IMO they deserve to die a whole lot more than someone driving drunk.

Youve never lost anyone to a drunk driver then.

The idiots family should have to go through the same pain as the victims, through the speedy trial and execution of a drunk driver IMO.

(dont go against what im saying with the defense of "the drivers family is innocent" because i realize they are, but the victims family is innocent also FYI)

If they are caught drunk driving BEFORE they manage to take some ones life (its only a matter of time, it will happen if you do it) They should have their license revoked forever, and be sent to jail for 5 years 1st offense. I guarantee you this will save many lives.]

I also think there should be less lee way for judges to decide jail terms (as it is now some crimes are given 10-25 years way to much is up to the judge they need a smaller range of 1-2 years difference, not 15 years) and consecutive terms get thrown out the window, different crimes different prison terms. You shouldn't be aloud to serve two 5 year sentences together, thats bull****.

I know this is kind of off topic, but w.e.

I agree someone breaking into your house deserves to die - but not as much as someone driving drunk.

Exactly. Nowhere in there did I say to execute anyone on the spot.
