Is it really gonna sabatoge my entire plan if I have a couple Beers at 96 calories each in the evening? Especially if I including them in my calorie count for the day (less than 1931).
target weight 170lbs /2.2 = 77.27 * 25 = 1931.81
Seems to me the logic would say that if I had 2 Miller lites (96 calories each) for 192 calories I'd still have 1739.81 calories for food in the day and still loose weight.
Forgive me my ignorance and thanks in advance!
It's not the calories in beer so much as it's the carbs. The carbs in beer aren't the good carbs you'd find in wheat bread or pasta. I don't really hate to say it, because I don't drink, but if you wanna drop weight and be on your way to a lifestyle change, either cut out the beer/alcohol altogether (better option) or drink light beer.
edit: 2 beers probably wouldn't kill you. But what's the point? It's cheaper and easier to switch to a healthier beverage. If you choose to continue with the beer, don't do it every night.
