With winter coming I'm looking for a way to heat my attached garage so I can work on projects comfortably. It's only about 18' long by 12' wide so I'm looking for ideas on what everyone uses to heat their space? Electric radiator? Propane heater?
'96 ZJ: Sold.
'94 XJ: Sold for scrap.
'01 TJ: Back in a Jeep after 3 years!
My oil burner is located in my garage, so it adds a little heat. Coldest it gets in there is about 50-55.
If I didnt have that, I would just use an electric space heater, assuming you're in there while it's plugged in.

With Propane or natural gas an overhead radiant heater works great. Since it heats surfaces, not the air, it even works in an open carport. Buy it from an ag supplier and they are real cheap. Farmers use them for chickens, dairy....
My Uncles first Jeep was a Government Issued Jeep in 1944.
Back when ALL Jeeps were Government Issued.
