I crop mine sometimes to get them down in size. I use the mobile app most of the time and pics from my phone.

I am using my iPhone, and tried cropping the pics. Still said they were too big. Any other ideas? Thanks

Sometimes when I email a photo it asks if I want to send it fill size, medium, or small (each choice shows their respective file size).

Can you email the photos to yourself (or am accomplice)? Maybe you can get the smaller size that way.

I have no idea. I don't even own a computer, I use my iPhone for all of my internet.

Use Picasa Web from Google. You can tell google to load like 800px photos, then use the URL link to share them. Best solution. Photobucket sucks...
