How to change your poop cycle

So I have this problem. I wake up at 5am every morning to work out before I go to work at 8am. Well, my poop schedule has been DEAD ON every morning at 6am, I crap my brains out. It interrupts my workout and just ruins to whole point of waking up at 5 to workout. Anybody got any ideas so I can switch that to the evenings? Is there a switch somewhere I don't know about? Thanks dudes

whether you have to crap or not. sit on the royal thrown whenever you want to poop. do it the same time everyday. eventually your body will catch on.

and yea, it works, heard it from one of them real life doctors.

Sit on the pot when you want to cut loose. To coax out the poop, try rocking back and forth. If that doesn't work, try rocking side to side. Hold your cheeks apart with your hands while you push and scream at the top of your lungs. I also like to put my feet up on the wall and push against the toilet. Another way is to sit on the pot, reach down and grip the bowl with both hands, and push against the floor with your feet.

If nothing else, you'll get your workout. Hope this helps!

Just eat more food than you normally do and maybe you'll poop sooner? Maybe throw in some cranberries with the extra food you eat.
