True but the delayed reaction would clear the OP from blame in the person's mind.

I know a house in down town NO that used wine bottles with the bottoms broken off of them. they concreted them upside down in the top of their wall. It definitely gets the point across.

If they don't know where the rash come from than what would deter them from crossing the yard again after the next party? Some people are not allergic.

You're opening yourself up to a lot of problems, I would just contact the owner of the properties, explain your complaints and then threaten to take legal action against them. It worked in a friends neighborhood.

If that doesn't work then 12 rabid pitbulls will. every time you see one of them ouside just walk out with a bullhorn and say "release the hounds!"

I remember seeing a video with a motion activated paintball gun.

But Seriously, your best bet is the legal action.

Shopping list:
Mason jars with lids
RTV
Gasoline
Model rocket ignitors
Momentary buttons
9 Volt batteries and connectors
Wire

Start by cutting a small slit in the mason jar lid. Stick the model rocket ignitor through the lid and RTV in place. Make sure that the contacts of the ignitor are not touching the metal lid or the ignitor may not fire. Put a small amount of gas in the mason jar and swirl, you want just enough that it coats the inside of the jar. Screw the modified lid onto the jar. Create a circuit using the battery, wire, and momentary switch and connect to ignitor. Bury the whole thing with the momentary button just sticking out facing upwards. When someone steps on the button you get a nice little boom. As long as the jar is buryed deep enough the exploding glass will not hurt anybody, just scare the hell out them. If you are really worried about them getting hurt, you can extend the length of the wire and bury the jar away from the switch.

Unfortunately if you intently hurt someone you could end up in trouble yourself whether or not they are on your property or not.

What you need to do is get them into your home shot them and then plant a weapon on their dead body and claim self defense. Make sure they are dead and there are no witnesses.

Just go get on the P&Z board and rezone their property. It's the American way. When you want something done, run for Local Government, take what you need and then stop caring. We had a man run and win Mayor just to de-annex his neighborhood, then he pretty much stopped showing up.

So here's what I'm thinking. One of these:

Amazon.com: Contech Electronics CRO101 Scarecrow Motion-Activated Sprinkler: Home Improvement

followed by some sort of flour/feather bomb. Any ideas on how to make one?

We will be following similar routes soon. But in the meantime, we want to have some fun!

You could wire a motion sensor from a light to turn on a ducted fan. Have visqueen loaded with feathers set to break away. It will be a one time shot and you will have to pick up the mess afterward. I would stick with just water.
