So first off, why the hell can I never get an American on one of those lines? God damn.
Anyways, was sitting on my laptop one morning and it starting to smoke out of the fan area and the screen went black. I can still plug it into the TV and use it that way, but with homework and work in general its a pain in the arse.
So I call HP 2 weeks ago with my problem, they give me a help number and tell me that they will call me with 24-48 hours. They dont call. I call back, this guy tells me that they will call me 100% tomorrow after lunch. They dont. So I keep trying to call back and they keep giving me excuses like they have to wait from someone higher up to call me about my problem. No one ever calls. I get frustrated when I call these India call centers and I cant understand them, they wont transfer me to an American call center and they wont give me to a supervisor.
Huge deal about this is, it is currently still under its 1 year manufacturer warranty. That when I called, was good for another 28 days, that was 2 weeks ago. Why do I get the feeling that I am being stonewalled for my contract to run out? I am at wits end, work is crazy, home life is crazy and I dont have the money for a new laptop.
Sorry for the long post, but does anyone have any suggestions?
