you are so right about the tearing up. I had a dog when i was little who watched over me wherever i went, and i know that if something had ever happened he would have given up his life for mine. that story really makes me miss him.

Dogs are not better than people, they just aren't smart enough to devise devious plans of selfishness like humans. We get too wrapped up in the economy, Obama, Iraq, Enron, taxes, gun control, traffic laws, lawsuits, etc just to work out some methodology to keep our basically selfish ways in check.

Dogs just are. They live for now, love right now, and play right now. If something gets them down, when it is alright again, they don't dwell on it. They don't seek revenge, they just want to play and go for a car ride or chew a bone or take a walk.

People want to beat the Jones', own the biggest TV, and drive the coolest vehicle. Dogs just want to be happy.

That is the difference. If people would just CHILL THE $#%@ OUT, I think we could outshine our four legged friends.

Lets all get in a circle and sing Kumbaya...

It seems that a league of superhero dogs has recently been formed.

The world will now be a much safer place.
