help! graduation present

HELP!!
i have to get my girlfriend a graduation (college) present TODAY!!
im limited on funds and she knows that (she bought my tires) haha.
just something simple and from the heart (or jeepfourm) will work.

she was thinking jewelry, but her parents came in last night and she got earings and two necklaces.
so there goes that idea!

she is the hardest person to buy for because she really doesnt want anything!
(thats why i love her, she's so easy going)

Sometimes something creative will work... Do you save tickets from events that you've gone to together? Random pictures with those create a neat poster.

For Christmas, my girlfriend bought me a HUGE picture frame with all sorts of random sizes openings for pictures to go in and she filled most of them with photos of us over the past 3 years, our friends, cars, etc and it was nice, from the heart and pretty cheap (I think the frame was $30 and then the cost to print various pics)...

Honestly, I think that if she's the way you described her, she'll enjoy something you create over something you pick out and buy.

How about some expired movie tickets and a coupon for one free backrub?

she's been going nuts on job interviews and resume's.

the only thing now is she just got promoted to ast. mngr. at our apt. complex and none of the jobs she goes on interviews for come close to what she does now
the pay is good.
no gas expence (she walks across the parking lot to the office)
discounted rent
commission
benifits

haha she went to college for nothing!

Buy here a nice card and make her dinner. I am sure you can scrape up enough money to buy a $3 card and make her a nice dinner at home. She will appreciate the effort and thought that went into it rather than spending lots of money.

I agree with that. I remember those days... no money... and trying to charm. It worked too!

Go get her an 2006 minted Silver Dollar. Most banks or coin places have them. They are usually brand new in a plastic sealed case with an jewelry type outer case. Makes for a good grad gift marking the year and is affordable and probably something no one else would think of

When I graduated from high school, my parents bought me luggage. I'm still wondering if that was meant as a hint.
