Has anyone heard of Refurfun?

My mother signed up for a trial of some sort on this website:

http://www.refurfun.com/

She has asked me if it's legitimate, has anyone else heard of them?

Extreme sports while high? I'm confused.

Something is fishy. They want you sign up before seeing the content offered? Uh, no. They don't ask for a credit card number for this "free trial" do they?

CC number is required for free trail. Monthly recurring charges to your credit card and no notification. Can easily get out of hand if not monitored.

A legitimate waste of money. Any trial that requires a CC number is going to be a PITA to get out of once they go ahead and bill your card (which they probably have already done.)
