Guns

Heres a thread for all of us gun loving individuals to post pics of our non-4-wheeled babies and talk about all things firearms!

i know there are gun forums, duh, but this is just for jeepers that love guns

Ill start off by saying post pics, keep it clean, and if somebody has a problem with guns, stay outta this thread. Us right wingers can get kinda mean

So, whats your favorite gun? My personal favorite is any pre-ban Norinco AK-47 style rifle.

let the fun begin

I love guns period. My dad is the top restorer of pre-war handguns in the world. I have shot a ton of guns and have a ton of guns. I just love to shoot.

If on a deserted island, I would want a Remington 700 VS SF II or a Savage 10FCP-K.

This is my long-range rifle.

Savage Law Enforcement Series 10 BAS-K, chambered in .308 with a Nightforce 3.5-15x50 NPR1 scope and Harris bipod.

deadly deadly deadly

I have many, but my favorite is my AR57. Its a DPMS AR15 lower with a custom upper than shoots the FN 5.7mm round (for the Five-seveN pistol, which I also own) and uses the FN P90 50rd magazine across the top of the upper receiver, and it spits the brass out of the AR15 magazine well. I have a hollowed-out AR15 magazine in the magazine well to catch the brass. Pretty fun rifle to shoot.

Nice Savage! I have been looking at the Savage 10FCP-K in .308. I get the employee discount through a family member.

I love Colt automatic pistols. I have a M1991A1 in stainless, with the Crimson Trace laser. Its probably my most fun pistol to shoot, and it fits my hand just right.

Small caliber Pistol Colt Woodsman

Large caliber Pistol SIG 229 .40cal

Small Caliber Rifle Marlin Model 39A Golden Mountie

Large Caliber Rifle Remington Model 700 30-06 BDL Custom

Home defense Shotgun Remington 870

All around Shotgun. Winchester Model 12 Pidgeon Grade

I own all the guns mentioned above. I am assuming you meant "affordable" to the everyday man . Because if money is no object. My list would change drastically in the shotgun department. Maybe a Perazzi, Holland and Holland,Bosis, Fabbri and Piotti etc.

I actually built one of these rifles for a customer a few weeks back. great idea with the use of the FN mags and the ejection port.

My dad has a Savage model 10FP in .308 with the factory choate stock. even with crappy old surplus military ammo that thing shoots one hole groups at any distance (up to 400 yds so far)

Savage rifles FTW!!!

My favorite gun would be the eather early 1900'sor 1913/1916(cant remember exactly) single shot 12 guage shotgun that was owned my my great uncle damon howwat(sp). it's in almost perfect shape because he loved his bows more than guns.so it was hardly used. the beral is perfect inside.

i cannot rember the brand, but i belive it starts with an I.

Well another great thing about the 1911's: they are easy to work on, and the parts are cheap & easy to find.
