So I had bought a special edition a couple weeks off of ebay, new in the box, still sealed. I just started playing the other day and noticed, I don't see any of the "stunt plane trials" and none of the special edition weapons are in the game. Did I somehow managed to get scammed despite the game being new and sealed? came with the map, the metal case, and everything else, seems like the game itself is a regular copy... The guy I bought it from sells nothing but video games on ebay, with 100% rating and sold several other SE copies.

You probably have to enter codes and download the "special edition" stuff. Did you check inside the game case for any?

There should be an insert in the box (not the case) with the code on it.

I spent way to much time setting the looks of my character for none of it to be saved. Haven't been able to play online yet.

Do you have to reach a certain point before the shops start offering lifts for stuff? I've tried every 4wd vehicle I've come across and all the suspension upgrades they offer lower the vehicle.

It's GTA, not a full-blown off-road sim.
