Gotta Love a Jeep

Last night my dad borrowed my XJ to go and clear the snow for my grandmother (he has a 2wd Ranger), anyways, I took my mother's Explorer out for fun and got it stuck on a snowy hill I was afraid it was going to roll when I was trying to back it down. I betcha' my Jeep would have made it I might just have to try it later

I agree, If you're gonna post on here, atleast post something worth reading instead of your 1 word post'. Its been getting on my nerves alot lately.

But anyways, back on subject to the thread. Try the hill in your XJ and tell us how much easier it was to make it up it.

I'd love to try, but I did'nt realize I was on my neighbor's part of the hill, and she did'nt like it too much. She said that she did'nt care becuase I did'nt tear up the grass under the snow, but please don't do it anymore. Oh well, sorry guys But, I'll keep trying to compare the Explorer and XJ and keep you posted.

Yes it is 4Wd. It has full time but you can shift on the fly into 4hi and 4lo. I had it in 4hi. It probably would have made it in 4lo. But I've never used 4lo in it, and beings it is'nt my truck, I did'nt want to try it.
