Good Acoustic Guitar songs?

ok, i need some new songs to learn. i want to find something that sounds really good when played by only one guitar, isnt too hard, and is a song that i have heard of (so, most classic rock).

lets see what you can come up with.

p.s. - lately i've been into floyd, but there are few to none acoustic floyd songs (that soound good on one guitar) besides wish you were here.... feel free to proove me wrong

Old Man by Neil Young

or

Fire and Rain by James Taylor

Actually anything by those two are great single guitar acoustic plays

unless you are into Bluegrass. Some of those riffs will light you up when you play them

Anything can be done acoustic!!!! Sometimes the acoustic version of a rock song is better than the original. An acoustic version of a classic rock song, that's unique with your own personal style, can really wow people.....Even if you're not that good. Most people that don't play are in awe at anything people play on acoustic. You can play three chords and half way sing and there will be people that will just think that's the poop. Just pick any song you like even if you've never heard it acoustic and spend some time making it YOUR acoustic song.

It's not classic rock, but, I like to play all of the songs on the Nirvana MTV Unplugged album.

"Wanted Dead Or Alive" sounds GREAT when done acoustically. But, the first song that came to mind is "She Talks To Angels" by The Black Crowes. Might also try "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd.

There are no stupid questions, only stupid people.

When The Children Cry is a good one for acoustic. Dust In The Wind as well.
