Freaking Morons!

So i got off work and a "fellow" employee was infront of me at a stop sign. No cars around and he is at complete stop. He rolls down his window and waves me on. I pull around him and slow down to see if i am passing or what he wants.

He just stares at me so i proceed. go to turn right and what does this moronic piece of **** do with his piece of **** car? HE FREAKING TAKES OFF! I put my front right fender and tire across the left side of his car and dent it up and thats it. Right now i have a broken blinker light, dented fender inbetween front of flare and bumper, and my steering is screwed and is cranked half way to the right just to go straight. Now Im hoping it is just alignment and i dont give a dam about the other 2.

But this is what pisses me off.
He gets out saying "God dude, you messed up my car! omg! look the rust is ruined, and it's dented" and all that crap. HE FREAKIN SAID HIS RUST IS RUINED! IM SO PISSED RIGHT NOW!

His mom is gonna be making **** worse then what is to screw me over. And so far no fileing was done but who knows what his parents will do!

WTF do I do in my defence???????

I already said that it is my fault because of what happend. There is know getting out of that. But he is gonna completely F me over!

and you shouldnt have admitted what you did was wrong. and you should have caled the cops on the spot.

you had nothing to hide, why not get the cops involved. now there is no record of what happened, etc.

cops showed up at of no where when we were looking at cars in parking lot. But still, It is very obvious that i was in the wrong lane "passing" him and I being a politically correct person "shouldnt" of done that.

Not true.The driver is solely responsible for the way he drives.He most likely would be found at fault regardless of who he says waved him on.Heck I can take my rear brakelights off my truck entirely.Get rear ended,And it would still be there fault for the accident.I would probably get a ticket for faulty equipment.
