FedEx SUCKS!!!

So I order my tires from the guy on ebay, 32" Maxxis Bighorns, on July 3rd. The guy ships them out that friday, I track and it says theyll be here on July 12. So I wait till the 12th, no show. So I track them again and they have changed the ETA to N/A, so I call them up,

THEM: Fedex Ground how may I help you
ME: Hi I have a shipment Im needing some information on
THEM: Whats your tracking number?
ME: ***************
THEM: Wait, what I wasnt listening (SERIOUSLY)
ME: ***************
THEM: Ok, it should already be there, is it?
ME: No its not here.
THEM: Ok hold a minute

dodadodado

THEM: Hi may I help you?
ME: I was just talking to someone, they put me on hold.
THEM: Oh ok

dodadodado (they just threw me on hold again)

THEM: Ok, they missed a scan, but they went to the wrong city.
ME: So do you know when they might be here.
THEM: No, hopefully soon, all I know is that they will get there.
Thank you for calling FedEx

Click

Riiiiight

SO I wait till Wednesday the 18th, nothing. So I call, same old crap

THEM: Well it left Memphis TN and went to Lenexa KS
(Im in Missouri, it went right past me)
ME: Yes I know that, Ive tracked it.
THEM: Okay well it left Lenexa and should be there shortly
ME: Okay thanks

That got me nowhere

So Im in my garage on Friday the 20th, the fedex man pulls up, he gets out with a big box, Im like YEEEEEESSSSSS, he walks up and says "here you go sir".
I go, "there is supposed to be four". He says "Oh, well have you tracked them". I say "Yes, all it says is that they left Lenexa KS". He says "Okay then Ill have them tommorow for sure, I dont know why this ones here."

He leaves. I wait all saturday, nothing. I call them

ME: When do you think theyll be here
THEM: Monday, for sure.

So if they are not here tommorow, Im gonna freak.

He shipped them on July 6th, its the 22nd.

Anyone else have issues with FedEx??

1 down, 3 to go. Mind me asking how much the Bighorns set you back? I've pretty much narrowd my choices down to either 32x11.50 BFG M/T's or the 32x11.50 Bighorns. And since so many people have the BFG's, I'm leaning towards the Bighorns because they are different.

-Be sure and post pics when they come in and when you get them on.

$508 on Ebay. I really like the seller just wish he would have shipped UPS. Hes emailed me every other day saying he just tracked my tires and hes really sorry. Then he told me if they werent here soon he'd ship out 3 more UPS, and file a claim with FedEx.

Its ccburgesstireinc on ebay, he doesnt have any 32s listed right now but he prolly will.

The only cool thing about Fedex is the arrow in their logo. Me nor my Mom had ever even noticed it until recently.

DHL sucks, UPS sucks, FedEx suck sometimes.

DHL is slow, UPS manages to catapult packages onto my porch and destroy them, FedEx is ok with handling, but can be a PAIN sometimes.
