If you had the VR4 w/ upgraded Twin turbos, active areo, AWD, AWS nothing could touch you. Possible w/ 10k3000GT's are dead sexy too, the chicks love them. The base in Excellent cond. Sold in March for $5300 I bought it for $5500 4yrs ago. Puts out 236 hp and 0-60 in 6.4 seconds. __________________ Zak Formerly Default Jeeper #13 2000 WJ Limited 4.7 with stuff. Look left for the deets. |

Registered User Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: A cardboard box in CA Posts: 147 | 91-95 Mr2 Turbo. You can buy one in good condition for 5-7k. Use the leftover 3-5k for gt25 or gt30r turbo and supporting mods, and you can easily have 400+ hp in a 2500 pound car. If the stock suspension is in good condition, you'd be able to out-handle most cars on the track. Buy aftermarket shocks/springs and pair it with some wide tires, and you'll swear you're riding on rails. But maybe I'm just a little biased, I just bought a real nice one a couple weeks ago. ![]() __________________ XJicequeen is my mom club member #1 '05 Red LJ Hemi 5.7L Chris |

And someone said a 911 SC can be cheap, mine has been low maintenance and you can get them for under 10 grand, although the market value is going up on them now...BUT, if you do have maintenance issues, it's not going to be cheap. Miatas arrrreee FUN! Woohoo! Oh yeah, 914's are a blast, but can have big rust issues and may not be worth the maintenance/restoration. __________________ Golden Eagle TJ Project (2005 TJ - 2.4l) HID Boobie lights Mickey Thompson Classic Locks OME Lift BGF AT's - 33's Parrothead Jeeper Union member #26!! |

Registered User | Just buy a 86-87 Grand National for 8k, put $1500 in mods and you'll be in the 12's. Won't handle the greatest, but it'll be the scariest looking and you'll get plenty of looks. And yes you can buy a decent GN for 8k. __________________ The Good: 65 Mustang (white) The Bad: 87 Grand National(black) The Ugly: 92 Ford Exploder (green & exploded...turned into pipe by now) The Jeep: 04 Wrangler (khaki) |
