HELLO KIDDIES

SO WHAT'S NEXT?

-Waiting for replys from Shasta Pools

-Waiting for replys from Tempe Police

AWSOME, JUST AWESOME!, THIS IS GREAT!!!!!! STAY TUNNED FOR UPDATES!!!!

I AM DOLLY MAN!

IT'S THE COPS! MAJOR UPDATE KIDDIES! COPS JUST SHOWED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!! SUPER JUICY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IF OFFICIAL! APS AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN! APS IN WATCHING THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!

SUPER JUICY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the below is somewhat screened, the police officer will not be mentioned and the not entire story reveled as the Tempe Police have been very professional and I will say, wow!, what a complete difference between Tucson Police and Tempe Police.

Officer knocks on the door:

-Hello, I need to ask you about a website now running, ArizonaParkingsolutionssucks.com

-Oh, that is not mine, this is from..(finishes my words)

-VWVORTEX, yeah, we know about it. There was some mention that,
"HIS BALLS WHERE GOING TO BE CUT OFF!"

-Really? I can tell you this is a public forum, and I have no connection nor know the guy.

-Will the GM from APS is very very upset, and they are watching.

-It's public and have not asked in any way for it to be put up nor have a threatened APS in ANY WAY. The only thing I've done is post his picture and full name, which is public record. Everything is public...

-We know, this has turned huge , it's really blowing up. ---------->> THE RESIDENCE OF THIS COMMUNITY ARE CACHETING WIND OF THIS AND GIVING APS HELL!!!!! <--------

-Wow, for the record I've actuality asked for people NOT to contact APS, nor have I talked to any of the residence that have a boot except Shasta Pools.

-Well, we have out way to find out who made that website with those kind of postings, they need to be careful because it's a Grey area.

-I don't know who it is other then being online, nor have I asked ANYONE to put them up to this.

Conclusion: It's freedom of speech but does draw a fine line for those who may offer threats or something deemed in a threatening way. So you guys would be on your own, and can say, do not do threatening material. June 19th 2009

APS IS WATCHING!
Grabs popcorn and hides in dark corner.

STAY TUNNED FOR UPDATES!!!!

1) Residence park on laws.
2) When they attempt to apply boot, drive away.
3) Park on curb.
4) Take a boot and put it on an APS car when they park in your spot!

I live not that far from this guy! Will need to swing by and buy him a beer or 10. I have been a REALTOR for many years and I will be the first to tell you don't live in an HOA. All they are is a bunch of losers on a power trip that were picked on as kids in school.

I am really surprised that MCSO showed up in Tempe! That had to ruffle a few feathers.

A mod closed it because people were acting like 14 year old girls. That always happens to threads like that; everyone thinks they're cute and funny when they're not. They simply can't shut up and let it unfold. It'll probably be re-opened when the OP is no longer under any legal risk.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

this is the last update I've seen on the site...

APS is threatening legal action and sending him threats telling him to send them his attorney's information... though he hasn't received anything actually written by an attorney. Because of this, he is laying low while he confers with his attorney.

He is continuing to discuss the situation with a variety of news outlets, and as the story spreads it becomes more and more likely that someone is going to pick it up.

He will be back with updates as soon as he gets the okay legally.
