I made one his afternoon and I've never heard of anyone else making them, so....
I had a stoner roomate who used to make these all the time. He even came up with a name for them, Pizzadillas ( that's got some spanish to it, pizza - de - yas).
You take two flour tortillas and a shallow skillet. Place the tortilla in the pan (use PAM or other cooking spray). Then quicly add cheese ( I use provalone and mozzarella) along with pizza or spaggetti sause (pizza sause is thicker). You can also add peperoni and assorted vegatables, just use small amounts spread out. Then place the other tortilla on top and press. After it has sit long enought to melt the cheese so the top sticks to the bottom, flip it over and heat the other side.
I told another friend with kids and he stream lined the process. He combines the sause, cheese, peperoni, and whatever other toppings in a bowl and puts it in the fridge. He then scoops it out and puts it on the tortilla when ever he makes them during the week. He serves the vegies on the side.
