Lol...well, when I posted, I was asked for a title...mushroom looking cloud in the background...I know, it is a thunderstorm...lol. plus our family project jeep was there in the pic...my teenage sons thought is was cool and came up with the title doomsday jeep...lol. but its funny how people respond...lol. oh, yes...mags in a saw weapon...let's just say, its isn't a saw at that point. But you have some pretty good points about the weapons....you might like the pics of the Death Race Jeep...more of a doomsday jeep or vehicle...it is pretty cool.

I'm thinking of stuff that would make your Jeep unrealistic in non-doomsday, still-have-to-worry-about-insurance, modern day.

Big guns = big weight = big fuel usage and more broken stuff.
Big guns = big target for those who have bigger guns or better tactics = you dead.

I could see a couple of mounted SAWs though. Pintle mount on a swing-away on the passenger door and a mount up top. Some ammo commonality (minus links) with -4s, -16s, -15s, or Mini-14. Still quite mobile, decent rate of fire for suppression. (Please don't bring up mag use with the SAW...)

Not trying to pile up on you, but besides the paint scheme, what makes it a "Doomsday Jeep"?
Just to piss you off, I'm gonna find you during the apocaplyse and take all your guns.

I will leave behind a SAW with a CA legal 10/30 mag. Now you're pissed because you have a mag fed SAW, only to find out that the 30 round mag is blocked off to 10 rounds. Now you're bat**** pissed.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to run away from all the action... but I can't because I'm laughing too hard. Ultimately, I trip and fall... and meet my maker via zombies.
