I just emailed Kurt again. Doubtful that he will respond to it though.

Thats a big negative. To be honest I had forgot about it for the last month or so with my grandpa passing away and dealing with that. I don't know what the guys problem is he told me once that he had sent the payment but I never received it. He told me at first that he had tried shipping the transmission but they returned it because it had fluid in it. Which got me thinking, why would they unpack something, find a wrench, open the check plug, and then decide to send it back. I'm starting to wonder if it was just a scam from the get go.

More ways to check for fluid.

Like it leaking.

I don't know it just sounds fishy to me. I had a buddy who bought a D44 front axle for his JK and it came shipped with fluid in it. Possible that different companies allow it and others don't but either way it was 8 months ago and I should have gotten my money back by now.

Still haven't heard anything from Kurt. Just called him again and left a message. I'm kind of at a loss for what to do now.

I thought everyone was paid? PM being sent to a specific member (not you or Kurt).

No, the last time I heard from him he said he would be sending me a money order then I never heard from him again.

The PM has been sent. Hopefully we get some answers from Turner since he knows him in real life.
