Up until last year I had a really good job (for my age) and to add to it, I could get my entire paycheck doubled if I worked hard enough. That said, I ate out a good 4 times a week if not all 7 nights. Sure we had our nights were we'd stay home and cook for each other but growing up with nothing instilled in my brain this need to splurge constantly. I ate like a pig and a lot of times would order two courses for myself, add on the woman and some drinks and we had a nice bill. Do that 4 times a minimum for a couple years...eep!

Though I totally could have used the money in the bank now (been out of work since mayish), we both enjoyed trying new places and the ease of not cooking/cleaning up. Other than that, there was no real reasoning behind our madness. But it was fun while it lasted.

I do, im a poor college student that eats hungry man TV dinners every night, the 1lb of food fills me up and since the food is put into separate compartments it makes it taste all the better! On a serious note I do eat tv dinners every night cuz I am poor and in school and only have a microwave and hot plate at my disposale, I would kill for a home cooked meal LOL.

I eat dinner out 5-6 times a week, lunch everyday, and breakfast 4-5 times a week. I rarely, very very rarely go to 'fast food' places.

I was raised by a extream blue collar family... I was home at 6 for dinner, and durning weekends I'd be home around noon for lunch. My family ( well my dad) hated going out to eat, so we never did. When I moved out I was makeing ok money, and didnt know how to cook so I ate out alot. Now I cook all the time though. My freinds mother is a awsome chef and she teaches us alot, so I can make some pretty good stuff, and have plenty of leftovers for the same price if not better than the FF reastrurants.

Olive garden still has a place in my heart though lol.

I eat in the cafeteria at work for lunch everyday..........prices vary but for about 2 or 2 1/2 dollars I can eat a meal. Today I had a 1" thick porkchop, rice, gravy, cornbread and a water for 1.90 You cant pack a lunch for much cheaper than that. Other than that my son and I eat out or take out about 1 time a week.

I need to get some crock pot recipes I think... Could probably make some pretty good meals while I'm away at class all day instead of the normal stove top items.

I used to work right near a hospital and they had a ver good and very cheap cafeteria. You can eat well and for not much money if you work at it a little.

I work managing a gas station and ask myself that. We're slammed 7 days a week, most all day sometimes.
