Do you wheel barefoot?

Title says it all. When i am going to be in a particularly muddy spot offroading i tend to ditch my Combat boots and go barefoot on the offchance i have to get out and hook a strap.

Am i alone in doing this? I did it this past weekend while wheeling with some friends up north and got a few odd looks (then again how often do you see a goth kid up north and offroading? XD)

Nope. I don't want to find out what is under that mud. Put a nail through my foot as a kid and do not want to repeat.

Same, but i'll usually wheel barefoot. I don't really wheel in mud at all anymore though.

Depends on a lot of things. Mainly on how damned hot it is.

I don't blame people for their mistakes, but I do expect they pay for them.

Alright you Primitive Screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my boomstick! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that?

It may be me, but barefoot I have a better feel for the throttle brake and clutch. I would wheel with my shoes off untill I have to get out, then slip on some shoes.
