I've wasted a lot of time on DII, so I'm gonna have to try this one out. It looks cool, but something tells me it won't have that endless replayability that made DII so addictive.

Soooo.... release date for D3 has been pushed back. Again. They were trying REALLY hard to get it out in December, but now it's looking like early 2012. I'm hoping Q1, but certainly won't hold my breath.

In the meantime, they've announced a reset on the ladder on 10/25. It would be great if it was resetting in conjunction with a new patch adding a little more game play... perhaps adding some story that will help transition to D3? I broke out the D2/LoD discs a couple of weeks ago in anticipation of this ladder reset. Anyone else wanna join me in this 12 year old kick *** game while we wait for D3?

Blizzard sent me an email inviting me to participate in the Diablo 3 beta.

There goes the weekend...

I made the mistake of pre-ordering on Newegg instead of just buying it on blizzard.com. All the good names are gonna be taken by the time I get my cd key
