Daves Insanity Hot Sauce

Okay so I was at work tonight and we were on dinner break and the guy I work with made some wings and home made sauce the wings were excellent. I asked him how me made the sauce, and he put all the other hot sauces for flavor and only 4 drops of Dave's insanity for a kick for all 30 wings. At first I didn't believe him because how could 4 drops make that much kick for about 30 wings? But then he called his wife to bring down the bottle when we were on break and I put 2 drops on my finger and..........................:brick wall

That has got the be the hottest thing ive ever had in my life and I am definitely a believer of how only 4 drops could be so powerful I love hot foods but those two drops had my face beat red and my eyes tearing up like a 8 year old girl.

Mad Dog 357.

That stuff will damn near kill you...

Dave's is hot as hell too, but the 357 will put some hair on your chest, balls, and butt. Daves Ultimate Insanity is right up there with the 357, however.

I had a (yes, a: one, singular, uno) drop in a bowl of otherwise bland chili, and it was almost inedible. I ate it, but it would have been easier if I'd drank a candle first and got wax in my mouth.

It wasn't a particularly big bowl, but damn did that drop make a difference. I tried some later on a toothpick, and it certainly has some kick to it. I'd say more heat per drop than a bottle of Tabasco.

WAaaaaaaaay hotter than tabasco. Tabasco is a hot sauce....Dave's Insanity is a novelty sauce.

I have had a drip of it on a chip and I would have had a glass of molten lava to cool things down if there had been one handy.

We enter the zone of impressive numbers when we consider the onetime cost of the 1996 floods ($27 billion, but still cheaper than the 1998 floods), the annual direct losses due to desertification ($42 billion), and the annual losses due to water and air pollution ($54 billion). The combination of the latter two items alone costs China the equivalent of 14% of its GDP each year." - Jared Diamond, Collapse: How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed

I was in the city one time (NYC) and I went to like an Indian restaurant and had this stew/chili thing and It was made with the worlds hottest peppers. It was hot but sooo good.I got many looks for being able to eat it though. I may have to try Dave's to see what it gives me.

We used to use Dave's Insanity to make spicy mayo when I worked in a restaurant in college. 10-20 drops was enough to spice a 5 gallon bucket of mayo. That stuff is hot.

When we would get folks in there saying "You can't make those wings hot enough for me", we would use the Dave's Insanity mixed with the regular sauce. Only one guy, that I saw, ate all ten wings. In fact, that guy, asked for them to be hotter....and ate all ten without ever drinking anything. His mouth must have been made of iron.

We used to use it to screw with waitstaff too. They would order wings for their shift meal and we would put Dave's on one wing. It was fun to watch. You surely knew when they got to the "lucky" wing.

I am a fan of spicy food too, but the Dave's Insanity sauce IMO is just a novelty food item. I want to enjoy what I eat and when I tried the sauce, it made my food unappetizing .

Dave's is okay. I like to splash it on eggs. I don't buy it often though because I'll go through a bottle in a couple of days.

There is much hotter stuff out there. A local burrito join has some stuff that is pure OC. It's rated at over 1 million Scoville.
