Darius Rucker

What's your honest opinion of the man? I will with hold my opinion for the moment as I'm just getting to get fellow Jeeper's thoughts.

I'm into his music (depending the mood) - he's good w Hootie or solo.

He ruined a perfectly good song when he covered Wagon Wheel.

I think he's a talented, versatile artist. Loved Hootie and the Blowfish and now, his solo stuff is pretty good too.

I loved Hootie and the Blowfish. I still like his music now but I don't think it's quite as good as the Hootie days.

WHAT!?!

I happen to like Crow as well, but Darius rocks it.

I'm a country boy, so that's all I listen to. When he started rocking country music, I was into it right away.

I think he has an awesome voice.

Crow's is the best but Rucker's version definitely grew on me. I like it quite a bit now. I believe Lady Antebellum does the harmonies in Rucker's version as well.

I believe it is an old Dylan song

I like Darius' music.

The chorus is from a demo Dylan cut, but never released.

Anyone who can call himself Hootie with a straight face is OK in my book.

His music isn't my preferred style but I can listen to it.
