I dont think hes gotten the video from the hardrive at work yet...

Right. I still have to download it through the server which plays the webcam at work, and then post it on here. Trust me, you'll get the video as soon as I get it.

It's kinda funny cause my cashier said, "gabe, the lady's here and she wants to talk to you"

I told my cashier, "get the pepper spray ready, (we have a can of auto-strip under the register) it's about to go down."

They didn't believe me.

As far as "legal advice" and I'm certainly no lawyer, I think the best you can really do is press charges for simple assault.

As far as "pain and suffering," thats awarded in a civil court, which is seperate from the criminal court that you'd place the assault charges in.

I doubt any judge or jury is going to award you pain and suffering for being smacked with a bag of chicken........ but I guess people are always being awarded for frivolous lawsuits...
