Congratulations: You've got a subwoofer

Why do some people feel as though they need to leave their stereo blasting loud while they do simple things like sit parked, wait at stoplights, or drive through neghborhoods?

On my break today I go sit in the jeep outside and leave my driverside door open. For 20 minutes out of a half hour lunch break I have to listen to some ******* who thinks hes hot **** with his stereo. I would love to walk up to these people and just rip their headunit out. Apparently some people missed the memo that no one thinks your cool when everyone can hear your stereo.

I blare my stereo while I'm driving. I mean my speakers will probably shot in 3 days it's so loud... but I generally turn it down to a reasonable volume when at a light or while driving slow. Unless of course it's an awesome song. Then I blare it no matter what

i turn it down when at a stop light and when going through neighborhoods. I never have it loud in parking lots because i really don't want people to know what i have so they are not inclined to steal it

Mine's loud so I can hear it with a leaking hardtop at highway speeds. Once I get to a reasonably populated area, I turn it down low enough so my ears barely bleed.

But of course, if it's the Foo Fighters, I don't care if I'm running through a funeral procession. Maybe I'm an ******* like that sometimes.

I had some mexican laborers that thought that I would like to pretend I was in Mehico while at work today. I felt sooo bad when my chisel slipped and cut their cord after they turned it up louder after asking them to turn it down so i didn't have to feel their music. After they fixed the cord, I'll be damed if my nail gun didn't shoot the crap outta their stereo. The second stereo mangaged to fall from the 3rd floor all of the way down to the basement and shatter into a lot of expensive pieces when it hit the conccrete. They said I was stupid because I can't count. When I asked what they ment they indicated that because there was 9 of them and only two of "us" we are gonna pay (as he is holding his utility knife), I know bad cleche right... I asked how many bullets are in the hicap magazine of a P99. When he gave me a blank stare I informed him there are 16 bullets + one in the pipe, plus another 48 in case they run fast. They left the "yobsite" rather quickly after that. It was quite nice to be able to enjoy hearing the wind blow and the birds chirp.

I have also been known to run a chainsaw WOT to drown out stereos I don't want to hear.

If I wanted to listen to the crap coming out of your stereo, I would be sitting in your car. Second hand noise is just as disrespectfull as blowing your stinky cigarette smoke in my face and will result in the same response from me.

I have no stereo just the inline 6cyl 4.0, and a dana44 that sounds like an old school bus.
